1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jubiza.de. Include your order number and a short description of your reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is not due to an error or defect on our part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Jubiza cannot take responsibility for items lost during transit.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified about the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@jubiza.de within 7 days of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
6. Late Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed and your refund hasn’t appeared, check with your payment provider first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at support@jubiza.de for help.
7. Policy Updates
Jubiza may revise this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect process improvements or legal requirements. The version effective at the time of your purchase will apply.
